Chronoscout Digest: Kollokium's glowing Projekt 01

Kollokium released Variant H of the Projekt 01 this week. If you don't know the project, it's worth knowing. Kollokium isn't really a brand in the usual sense. It's one watch, released over and over in different variants, each a limited run, each selling out. It was founded in 2020 by three watchmaking insiders, including Manuel Emch, the man behind reviving Jaquet Droz and Raketa. Every version keeps the same die-cast steel case (no CNC machining) and raw, brutalist look, but the lume keeps getting better. The latest variants use Lichtblock, Kollokium's own lume material, hand-set across hundreds of tiny pins for a glow you won't see anywhere else at this price.

Farer released a limited Eastern Arabic edition of the Integra Cuprum this week. It keeps the same salmon pink dial with its layered texture: a sunray center, a grained mid-section and a brushed outer ring. What's new is the numerals, now in Eastern Arabic script, cast from Lumicast, a ceramic and Super-LumiNova blend that glows strongly in the dark.

See these and all other releases below.

Cheers,

Michel
