Weekly Digest
The Chronoscout Digest: May 18 - 24
Kurono Tokyo dropped their 2026 Anniversary piece: the Special Projects Malachite. The Malachite uses natural stone at the center, but instead of just slapping it in a case, Asaoka surrounds it with a brass ring dyed using rokusho - a Renaissance-era green copper-oxide pigment. The contrast is deliberate: natural malachite patterns meet Asaoka's controlled Art Deco design language in a 37mm case. Expect it to sell out in minutes like every Kurono release.
Farer continued their cushion case exploration with the Marsden. Horage launched the Supersede GMT G2, while Marloe introduced the Morar 310 Ord. Ocean Crawler brought summer colorways to the Core Diver series.
