The Chronoscout Digest: July 6 - 12

Nivada Grenchen added the Blue Lagoon to their Chronoking Racing lineup this week. The Chronoking Racing channels 1970s motorsport in a 38mm steel case: sunburst dial, double-domed sapphire, 100m water resistance and the Swiss-assembled TMI VK63 mecaquartz giving you the mechanical chronograph feel with quartz precision. The real twist ships in the box: five interchangeable tachymeter bezels in blue, orange, red, black and green that you swap tool-free with your fingers. One chronograph, five racing identities.

Traska added Arctic White to their Chronograph, the second colorway after the launch grey. Same clever setup: two transparent rotating discs replace subdial hands entirely, with stationary red lines marking elapsed minutes and running seconds. Ceramic tachymeter bezel this time (the original had tungsten), NE86 automatic and hardened 39mm case.

Xeric launched the Triptych II Ice Blue, bringing their wandering hour complication to a slimmer 39mm dress format, alongside a batch of further releases. Formex brought a Black Pearl dial to the Essence ThirtyNine chronometer, Yema honored the French Air Force with a Flygraf Pilot edition and Oak & Oscar released the Humboldt GMT 2026 Chicago Edition.

Cheers,

Michel
